I believe in the power of self-acceptance and truth. Through a person-centered approach and Gestalt therapy, I provide a safe space for you to feel heard, heal, and grow.

My Approach

I have over a decade’s experience working with men, and discovering for myself, what it takes to show up as a healthy male in today’s society. I trust that being truthful to one’s self is the key to change and in this place of self-acceptance one will naturally flourish. I truly believe this personal awareness will lead to positive change, allowing you to discover what living your best life will look like. My person-centred approach draws on techniques in Gestalt therapy while always maintaining a trauma informed awareness.

I work with both men and women with the intention of creating a space where you will feel truly heard without judgement. I believe we already have the answers; all we need is a little help to discover what we don’t yet see. I am confident that having a better relationship with oneself will influence all other relationships in your life.

People have described me as a genuine, authentic, and gentle person. I create a sense of calm, which ensures a secure atmosphere to explore whatever you are wanting to discuss and work through. I specialise in stress, anxiety, substance abuse, depression, loneliness, separation and a range of other issues that arise from living in our society today.
